Jennifer Maguire, postgraduate student, February 2007
"I attended your presentation last week at Kingston university and thoroughly enjoyed it! I want to say thank you for giving me an insight in to advertising as a job and what it really is about."
Alice Man, student, Kingston University
"I attended your lecture at the University of Hertfordshire this year and I am now totally convinced that I want to work in advertising."
Navinder Lall, student, University of Hertfordshire
"Thank you for your time and for the seminar today. You have made me even more determined to work within advertising and helped me with my route to getting there."
Carly Holmes, student, Manchester Met University
"I sense, from what has been said to me in seminars, that your lecture/workshop was appreciated because of the extremely valuable insights it provided both in regard to the ways in which the marketing/advertising industries function and what is expected of those wishing to pursue a career in these and related areas. And I would very much echo these sentiments. I think you gave some very sound advice. Many thanks, once again."
Jonathan W. Leader, Unit Leader: Personal & Professional Development, London College of Communication, University of the Arts
"The students clearly found your sessions informative and inspiring. The talks were pitched at the right level for each group."
Sandhya Tanna, Careers Officer, Student Services, University of the Arts
"You recently came and gave us an amazing talk which really motivated me to start taking action. Thank you for the inspiration."
Mustafa Jama, student, School of Communication, University of the Arts

Recent client companies have included the international charities WIZO and Concern.
Creative and consultancy work for WIZO included copywriting and design for charity ads, press campaigns and a fundraising leaflet.
"I have just received my Legacy leaflet through the letterbox and am absolutely delighted with it - it looks good, reads simply but well and the 'doorstep' timing is excellent."
Ruth Sotnick, Legacy Team, WIZO UK
Two inter-active workshops were held with the charity "Concern" in Dublin. The first, in 2004, was to help the staff fundraising team gain insight into the creative process. The second, in November 2007, was designed to help them think like creatives.
Nancy Aburi-Robbins, Community Fundraising Manager, Concern
"The team really enjoyed the day and have given me very good feedback. The majority of them said that they enjoyed the activity elements the most. The best part of it was being able to tailor make the sessions to suit our needs.
I found it very useful to get the team thinking outside the box. Putting themselves in the agency's shoes to come up with ideas has since worked wonders on our creativity here. They are now more confident to proof read and manage our relationship with the agency.
I would definitely recommend Get Into Advertising workshops for any client teams that work with creative/copywriting agencies."
Angela Whyte, Direct Marketing Manager, Concern, 6 November 2007
"Firstly we want to say thanks so much for coming over to us today. We all found it hugely beneficial and has already had an impact on our thinking and how we will work with the new agency. To follow here is feedback from the team ..."
"The session was really interactive which was great as it really got you thinking and put you in the shoes of the creative teams."
"We found it really useful because if we ever need to write copy internally we have this session and resources as a basis for reference, and we would be more confident tackling writing copy from scratch as a result."
"It was really helpful that Andrea understood the charity sector and that fact that she was already familiar with Concern's communication materials used to date."
"The resources supplied are extremely useful and all hints and tips are applicable to our day to day work which is of great value to our team."
